Rob Hope

Director

Rob has held senior positions in both the public and private sector. He holds various posts including Professor of Water Policy at the University of Oxford with a sustained record of academic and practitioner achievements over two decades. He has won the University of Oxford's Vice Chancellor's award on three occasions for the overall prize, capacity building and research engagement. In 2018, he co-founded Uptime Global which has executed results-based contracts for over 7 million rural people in 16 countries. He also co-founded the Uptime Catalyst Facility in 2020 which is the UK regulated entity to disburse results-based funding under government and private sector contracts.
